  Worst customer service I've ever had with their notary. If I could give negative stars I would... This notary messed up on the title knowing that he did and didn't fix his actions, he just let it go like that to the seller of the car (we're the buyers) I wasn't there so didn't realize he messed up until we went to the DMV and they told us the notary messed up. Sir, you had ONE job to do and you made us go through hoops to fix YOUR mistake. This bank wasted our day and wanted to waste the sellers time too by involving him too!!!! NO, it's not the sellers fault, you messed up Chase you fix your problems.

  Terrible customer service on a numerous occasions. Finally had time to open an account and was told I needed to make an appointment. What! Hard to get help when you need it. Understaffed. Time to switch banks.

  It would appear that, they are understaffed. When you walk in, nobody wilk acknowledge the client. Its understandable that they're busy, but at least make eye contact. But once they are available, they are very polite and helpful.
